Don Heupel/File Photo Kevin Richert, who with his brother JJ now operates three eateries in the Tonawandas, adds sauce to some ribs on the smoker at their City of Tonawanda restaurant, Smoke on the Water, shortly after the restaurant opened last July. Their newest venture, a deli on Kenmore Avenue, features meat cooked a smoker built into a 1962 Chevy Corvair.
