COACH ERIC JANTZI’S SCOUTING REPORT

“(Fullback) Jeff Zellner has improved his speed a lot and he’s worked hard on his hands. He’s becoming a better runner each week. ... We lost a couple leaders along the offensive line in Aaron Roy and Steve Brown, but Ben Bunker is back, and he’s a three-year starter. Dan Brandel is also back and he started last year. There’s a couple of spots along the line that are pretty much filled, but the rest of them are still open. ... (Aaron) Davis is taking reps mostly at running back, but we’ll use him all over the place. ... On defense, Steve Kijowski has moved to inside linebacker this year, he was outside last season. Davis and (Kevin Miller) are going to be our safeties, so we’ll have some guys back there who are 6-foot-4 or 6-5. ... Mike Tuzzo and Miller are our quarterbacks. ... We seem to be more athletic than we’ve been in a while.”
