Coach Matt Chimera’s scouting report

“(Quarterback) Jon Anthony Wiltberger’s back and he was a Connolly Cup finalist last year. That’s a big deal. Hopefully, he’s going to have the same kind of season, if not even better. ... We’ve got a better and a deeper line in front of him. Dominic Fratterigo is a three-year starter for us on the line. He’s maybe the strongest kid we’ve ever had in this program. In addition to him, we have Lucas Germano, Lewis Pizza and Ben Bauer back along on the offensive line. They all started last year. ... Mike Doherty and Kevin Wagner are both back and they should be big weapons. ... Adam Owczarzak was our guy defensively, and he broke the school record for receptions, so that’s a huge loss. ... Cory Martin and Ryan McGowan were big losses in terms of leadership, but you always lose kids. The good news is we really only lost four starters. We’ve got more speed than we’ve ever had.”
