Tonawanda News — I was appointed to fill a vacancy on the city council a few months ago. During the interview process, I highlighted my military experience in strategic planning, computer science, emergency management and disaster preparedness, among other things.
The skills I learned over 40 years in the military are something unique I can offer the city, but what I think was the most important part of my interview was when I described my vision of North Tonawanda.
The fresh perspective that is rooted in what I have seen as a resident, both in our industrial heyday and today, are what I can really bring to the table. I love this city and, with your help on Election Day, I would like to continue the work I have started. I see a brighter days ahead for our city.
