BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 8

UNWELCOME SURPRISE

A Town of Tonawanda gas station attendant got an early Valentine’s Day present that he didn’t want Wednesday night.

While the man was working his shift around 9:30 p.m., Lewis S. Mancini, 56, allegedly entered the store and gave the man a Valentine’s pillow, according to reports. Mancini then allegedly gave the man a nude photograph of himself with his phone number written on the back, and when the man looked back up Mancini had dropped his plaid shorts to expose himself, according to reports.

After the exposure, Mancini allegedly pulled up his shorts and took off running toward his apartment. When police followed the tracks of Mancini’s sandals left in the fresh snow to his door and confronted him about the incident, Mancini allegedly admitted to the exposure, claiming that he liked the attendant, according to reports.

Mancini was released on an appearance ticket.

Clark was subsequently punched in the face and took a knee to the head before police arrived and took him into custody, according to reports. Clark was held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

CHARGED: Sevario M. Depinto, 32, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment and Jason J. Depinto allegedly gave someone $100 to buy him drugs, but changed his mind on the way to the purchase and tried to use his car to block the other vehicle’s passage to get his money back, according to reports. The move allegedly caused a wreck, after which Depinto and Hamilton allegedly beat on the other car’s windows and attempted to gain entry, according to reports. Hamilton allegedly stole the purse of one of the other vehicle’s occupants, according to reports. Depinto denied any knowledge of the theft, but the woman’s driver’s license, social security card and vehicle registration were found inside an Immodium AD box that Depinto claimed as his, according to reports.
