North Tonawanda

CHARGED: Edward C. Hussey, 47, 43 Sabre Park, Niagara Falls, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 5:31 p.m. Thursday. Hussey is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

CHARGED: Patrick F. Burns, 29, 17 1st Ave., was charged on a warrant at 1:54 p.m. Thursday with the original offenses of obstructing governmental administration and a city ordinance violation on Feb. 26. Burns is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

City of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Robert R. Luczak, 20, 301 Delaware St., was charged with criminal possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:51 a.m. Friday. Police responded to an EMS call at Luczak’s for an unrelated incident and allegedly found marijuana and klonopin in his home. Luczak was held for court.

Town of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Wilfredo O. Fuentes, 29, was charged with driving while intoxicated and running a red light at 4:35 a.m. Thursday. Fuentes was stopped for running a red light when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Fuentes allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.11 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Fuentes was held for the judge.
