CHARGED: David M. Murray was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on the shoulder and driving without headlights at 3:15 a.m. Sunday. Murray was stopped for driving on the shoulder with no headlights when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Murray allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test, according to reports. Murray was held for the judge.
CHARGED: Robert M. McKeehan was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident at 11:39 p.m. Saturday. McKeehan allegedly hit a car and drove away, eventually going over the median on Sheridan Drive and driving in the oncoming traffic lane, according to reports. McKeehan was stopped and allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests, according to reports. A chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. McKeehan was held for the judge.
CHARGED: Alesia J. Earl was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely at 10:26 p.m. Saturday. Earl allegedly ran her car off the road and was pinned behind the wheel, forcing paramedics and firefighters to remove her from the vehicle, according to reports. Earl submitted to blood and urine tests at the Erie County Medical Center, according to reports. Earl was released to ECMC.
CHARGED: Samantha Eckman and Keith Milks were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with a child at 10:15 a.m. Saturday. Eckman and Milks were allegedly smoking crack with a 15 year-old in a hotel room, according to reports. Both were held for the judge.

CHARGED: No injuries were reported after a large deer struck a car being operated by a Youngstown man on Sunday night.
The accident occurred just before 8 p.m. as the driver was southbound on Two Mile Creek Road, according to reports. The deer hit the front headlight, fender and driver’s side door of the car.
