• CHARGED: William C. Kaiser, 27, 385 Main St., City of Tonawanda, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 8:18 p.m. Wednesday. Kaiser passed out at the coffee counter of a Delaware Street gas station, according to police reports. When patrols responded, he was found to have marijuana, Lortabs and Valium. Kaiser was held for court.
Town of Tonawanda
• CHARGED: Nancy A. Colangelo, 40, of the Town of Tonawanda, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday. Colangelo allegedly cut her brother’s arm with a knife while he was breaking up a fight between Colangelo and her parents, according to reports. Colangelo was held for the judge.
North Tonawanda
• CHARGED: Richelle A. Bruner, 30, 289 Havenwood Lane, Grand Island, was charged on a warrant at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday for an original offense of petit larceny on March 23. She was held in lieu of $250 bail.
• CHARGED: Mitchell L. Zielinski, 49, 4763 Bussendorfer Road, Orchard Park, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday. He was released on $100 bail.
• CHARGED: Scott M. Vonwryeza, 37, 71 Idlewood Drive, West Seneca, was charged with petit larceny, criminal mischief and possessing burglary tools at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday. Vonwryeza was transferred to the Niagara County Jail, according to police.
• CHARGED: Vincent S. McAllister, 37, 139 Cloverside Court, West Seneca, was charged with petit larceny at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday. He was released on $500 bail.
