BLOTTER: Police reports published May 13

City of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Kristopher M. Kruszka, 28, 191 Tudor Road, Cheektowaga, surrendered Monday on a warrant for an original offense of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle on Feb. 25. Kruszka was held for court.

CHARGED: Michael P. Vicki, 24, 3102 Portland Ave., Niagara Falls, surrendered Friday on a warrant for original offenses of felony robbery, reckless endangerment and menacing on Feb. 23, 2006. Vicki is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

North Tonawanda

CHARGED: Marty E. Kick, 48, 128 Eighth Ave., was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with petit larceny. Kick was held without bail.

CHARGED: Jonathon T. VanVolkenburg, 27, 398 Schenk St., was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with attempted petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools. VanVolkenburgh was held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Gregory R. Gasz, 39, 245 Ontario St., Buffalo, was picked up on a warrant issued there after police in North Tonawanda arrested him in connection with a fight here. Gasz is charged with grand larceny for failure to complete renovations he accepted payment for. Two $500 payments were issued to Gasz last summer for work he allegedly started but never finished at a home at 339 Hoyt St., Buffalo.
