City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Police charged two individuals following a domestic incident Friday morning. Aaron M. Masters, 30, of 56 Main St. upper, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and his girlfriend, Carnia Craig, 30, of the same address, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police say Masters was gathering his belongings and heading out the door when a white pill, later identified as Loritab, fell from one of the items of clothing. Police also found a baggy of marijuana in plain view on the bedroom floor, of which Craig allegedly claimed ownership.
Masters was held for court; Craig was released on an appearance ticket.
CHARGED: Steven L. Wilson, 30, 6086 Shady Lane, Franklinville, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for an original offense of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Dec. 19, 2007. Wilson was held for court.
CHARGED: Melvin J. Moss, 47, 133 Lafayette St. Apt. 104, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for two offenses of issuing a bad check on March 3. Moss is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Jason A. Bocko, 21, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely and speeding at 1:55 a.m. Thursday. Bocko was stopped for weaving and speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Bocko allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Bocko was held for court.
CHARGED: Adam R. Ross, 18, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:15 a.m. Thursday. Ross was stopped for walking in the street and allegedly surrendered 10 small bags of marijuana to police, according to reports. Ross was released on an appearance ticket.
