North Tonawanda
CHARGED: Scott M. Main, 24, 8441 Transit Road, East Amherst, was charged at 11:58 p.m. Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana and having a loud muffler. Main’s passenger, Jason C. Mesler, 22, 2061 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst, also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Both were released on their own recognizance.
CHARGED: Theodore L. Wirth III, 22, 1670 Forbes St., was arrested on a warrant for an original offense of violating his probation on Dec. 23, 2004. Wirth is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
CHARGED: Paul P. Bruyere, 41, 216 Oliver St. Apt. A6, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for an original offense of failure to comply on Nov. 3, 2007. Bruyere was released on his own recognizance.
City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Larry D. Tuttle, 19, 105 Midland Ave., Town of Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for original offenses of third-degree grand larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle on Jan. 8, 2008. Tuttle is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
CHARGED: Eric P. Considine, 20, 1683 Leah Drive, North Tonawanda, surrendered Friday on a warrant for an original offense of fourth-degree criminal mischief on April 21. Considine is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
Town of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Nicole Cain, 32, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. Cain was the passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation when police noticed her attempting to conceal her purse, according to reports. Officers allegedly discovered three crack pipes from the purse and several rocks of crack cocaine from Cain’s pockets, according to reports. Cain is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
