MENACING: Duane D. Dray was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Dray allegedly threatened a bartender with a knife and was held for court.
DWI: Joshua R. Reis was charged with DWI and an equipment violation at 2:15 a.m. Sunday. Reis was stopped for driving with a headlight out when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Reis allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13 percent blood alcohol content. Reis was held for court.
DWI: Christopher J. Bartolomei was charged with DWI, unsafe turn and an equipment violation at 2 a.m. Sunday. Bartolomei was stopped for pulling out of Tim Hortons without signaling when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Bartolomei allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17 percent blood alcohol content. Bartolomei was held for court.
DWI: David L. Anderson was charged with DWI at 12:58 a.m. Saturday. Anderson was being questioned after an accident when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Anderson allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.09 percent blood alcohol content. Anderson was held for court.

WARRANT: Jennifer N. Tait, 204 Anthony Drive, Niagara Falls, surrendered on a warrant Monday for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, crossing the white line while passing, driving with a suspended registration, improper plates and possession of marijuana. All fines were paid.
DISORDERLY: Andrew Dulak, 35, 1044 Stony Point Road, Grand Island, was arrested Saturday evening for disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic. He was released after being issued an appearance ticket.
MENACING: Paul A. Jacobs, 22, 58 Riverview Ave., was arrested Sunday for second-degree menacing after he allegedly threatened another person with a gun reported to be in his car. He was held for court.
ALCOHOL: John W. Plunkett, 18, 184 14th Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for underage possession of alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
ALCOHOL: Michael J. Brock, 17, 235 Park Edge Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday evening for disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol. He was released after being issued an appearance ticket.
DWI: Eric Flemister, 46, 92 Gittere St., Apt. 2, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday evening for aggravated DWI and failure to obey a traffic device while headed north on Main Street. Flemister was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Leonard Cleveland, 37, 20 Douglas St., was arrested on a warrant Monday for violating his probation. He was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Lahrondi A. Bell, 20, 54 Newell Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Jeffrey A. Frazier, 26, 346 Broad St., lower, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment and felony criminal contempt for violating an order of protection. He was held for court.
