• DWI: Police arrested a Buffalo woman who wasn’t sure if she was still in New York state and charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated and making an unsafe turn. Latoya C. Owens, 26, of 32 Lonsdale Road, lower apartment, was pulled over about 4:30 a.m. Sunday after cutting off another vehicle, forcing it to stop in the middle of the intersection of Main and Young streets, according to police reports. When asked where she was going, Owens allegedly told the officer she was headed to Buffalo and was coming from Buffalo. Advised that she was in Tonawanda, Owens allegedly said, “Am I still in New York state? I think I’m lost.” Owens submitted to a Datamaster test, which showed her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, the report states. Owens was held for court.
• PETIT LARCENY: Anthony S. Nowak, 16, 45 Clarence Harder Drive, was charged at 5:11 a.m. Sunday with petit larceny for shoplifting a Transworld Motocross magazine from the Tops on Niagara Street, according to police reports. Nowak is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
• DWI: Ronald E. Williams Jr., 25, 364 Robert Drive, Apt. 3, North Tonawanda, was charged at 12:22 a.m. Sunday with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, a traffic violation, not wearing a seat belt, and driving without inspection and a license. Williams was pulled over on Young Street for making a wide right turn. Williams’ blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, according to police reports. Police also allegedly found marijuana buds in and around the center console of Williams’ vehicle. He was held for court.

• DWI: Brian C. Carney, 29, 540 E. Goundry St., upper, was charged at 4:54 a.m. Sunday with DWI and driving while talking on a cell phone. Carney’s blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, according to police reports. Carney is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
• DWI: Marcy M. Bars, 36, 93 N. Marion St., was charged at 2:02 a.m. Sunday with DWI, reckless driving, unsafe start, speeding and unlawful fleeing in a motor vehicle. Bars had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent, according to police reports. Bars is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
• MARIJUANA: Police charged three teens with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol Saturday night. Charged were: Travis A. Downey, 17, 195 Christiana St.; Dean A. Anthony, 18, 6264 Main Road, Pendleton; and Zach A. Anthony, 16, 332 Vandervoort St. All three are being held in lieu of $250 bail.
• WARRANT: Kenneth J. Holmes, 23, 417 Ward Road, was arrested Saturday on a warrant originally issued June 12 for disorderly conduct. Holmes is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
