City of Tonawanda

• WARRANT: Courtney I. Clewell, 16, 18 Monroe St., North Tonawanda, was arrested Friday on a warrant for petit larceny. Clewell is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

• WARRANT: Fernando J. Pena, 29, 263 Traver Circle, Amherst, was arrested Friday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated. Pena was released on his own recognizance.

• WARRANT: Jordan D. Camardo, 214 Wheeler St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for criminal mischief. Camardo is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• LARCENY: Allen J. Barraclough, 40, 236 William St., was charged with petit larceny at 10:04 p.m. Thursday. Barraclough allegedly stole a bag of Cheetos and a Pepsi from a local grocery store, according to reports. Barraclough was released on an appearance ticket.

Kenmore

• DRUGS: Mykola A. Pobywajlo, 34, 81 Enola Road, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday. Pobywajlo was stopped because he fit the description of a person who stole a stereo face plate and two cell phone chargers, according to reports. Pobywajlo was allegedly found to be in possession of the stolen items, a crack pipe, Vicodin and Valium tablets and an electronic scale containing cocaine residue, according to reports. Pobywajlo is being held in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Wheatfield

• VEHICLE FIRE: A Lockport Road man reported Wednesday that he parked his 1960s-era John Deere tractor in his barn about 3 p.m. About 9:30 p.m., a passerby told the man there was smoke coming from inside the barn. He went to the barn and discovered the tractor was on fire. Sanborn Fire personnel responded and put out the blaze. The extent of damage is unknown, but the tractor is worth about $12,000, the report said.
