• UNDERAGE SALE: William D. Johnson, 45, 27 Benson Drive, Lancaster, was arrested Saturday night and charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21. Johnson was released on his own recognizance. Police reports state he was arrested after selling an alcoholic beverage to two underage females employed by (the North Tonawanda Police Department) for an underage alcohol purchase operation.
• UNDERAGE SALE: Elizabeth A. Bartlett, 21, 18 Pamona Place, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday and charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21. Bartlett was released on her own recognizance.
• DWI: John Ayala, 57, 1650 Weston Ave., Niagara Falls, was arrested Saturday night and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police found his blood alcohol content to be 0.20 percent. Ayala is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
City of Tonawanda
• DRUGS: Amanda M. Wittcop, 25, 145 Bryant St., Apt. 4, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. The vehicle Wittcop was traveling in was pulled over heading south on Delaware Street sometime shortly after 2 a.m. Police reports state the officer, after approaching the vehicle, smelled the odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the car.
• WARRANT: Bryan K. Holland, 20, no permanent address, was arrested Sunday on a warrant stemming from charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent. Holland has been accused of driving the 1990 GMC Sierra illegally. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
