• LARCENY: Steven M. Wheeler, 28, 245 Payne Ave., Apt. 8, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with petit larceny. A manager at Tops market, 150 Niagara St., observed Wheeler take four steaks from a meat counter before placing three of them down his pants. The man was held for police, and upon their arrival apparently told officers he was planning to pay for one of the steaks. Wheeler was released on an appearance ticket.
• GRAND LARCENY: Brittany M. Waugaman, 19 344 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda and Brittnie J. Clement, 118 Walter St., turned themselves in separately on Saturday and are charged with grand larceny. The two are charged in connection with a robbery of a private residence on Young Street, where more than $1,000 in goods were allegedly stolen. The items were listed on police reports as: Carseat/stroller, pac&play, baby swing and a lap top.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Michael J. Rogers, 25, 52 Ganson St., was arrested early Saturday and charged with disorderly conduct. Police reports state Rogers was arrested “after repeated warnings not to scream profanities in the street in front of many people and officers’ presence.” Rogers is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
• HARASSMENT: Robert S. Ciovacco, 46, 59 Rumbold Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested early Saturday and charged with second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $60 bail.
• HARASSMENT: Mark J. Regalla, 42, 276 Oliver St., Apt. 2, was arrested Saturday and charged with second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
• DRUGS: Kyle R. Vogel, 22, 26 Fuller Ave., City of Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $240 bail.
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Clara R. Sobocinski, 16, 456 Broad St., City of Tonawanda, was arrested late Saturday and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on her own recognizance.
