• WARRANT: Timothy J. Wittkopp, 20, 240 Edward St., North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for original offenses of driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana on Sept. 7. Wittkopp is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
• DWAI: Steven M. Payne, 25, 401 East Pleasant Ave., Angola, was charged at 7:05 p.m. Saturday with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to police reports.
Police received a call that a man, later identified as Payne, was passed out behind the wheel of a car parked in the Tonawanda Bowling Center lot on Young Street.
Payne was seen pulling onto Young Street and weaving across the double yellow lines. It appeared as if his car was going to hit a house as he drove over the curb on Maple Street before pulling into a driveway on Maple.
Noting that he was “staggering severely” and nodded off several times, police reports state that Payne had taken the controlled substances Oxycodone and Clonazepan.
Payne was transported to DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
• TRESPASS: Michael J. Wells, 24, 22 Ironton St. lower apartment, North Tonawanda, was charged at 9:51 p.m. Saturday with criminal trespass.

• GRAND LARCENY: Nicholas J. Elliott, 17, 167 East Ave., was charged at 9:48 p.m. Saturday with felony grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly stealing credit cards.
• WARRANT: Scott L. Millspaugh, 34, 185 Grace St., Buffalo, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for an original offense of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Feb. 17, 2007. Millspaugh is being held in lieu of $650 bail.
