Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Kenny E. Jones, 41, of Lark Street, Buffalo, was arrested Monday on a warrant for aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: James V. Lamarca, 31, of 8th Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was held for court. 

TRESPASSING: Brian A. Ralston, 22, of Ross Avenue, Buffalo, and Angeline M. Bendelow, 22, of North Street, Buffalo, were charged Sunday with trespassing. They were released on appearance tickets. 

LARCENY: Robert F. Picone, 51, of Clinton Street, was charged Sunday with petit larceny. He allegedly shoplifted items from the 7-Eleven store on Broad Street and was released on an appearance ticket.

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Paul P. Pamrow was charged Saturday with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Brandi L. McAndrews was charged Saturday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and speeding. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Kathryn T. Gustas was charged Saturday with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and unsafe tires. Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and she was released on traffic tickets.

DWI: Kimberly M. Stephens was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Stephen S. Dummitt was charged Friday with criminal possession of controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

OBSTRUCTION: Felicia M. Scarpena was charged Wednesday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. She was released on an appearance ticket.
