Tonawanda News — DWI: Roosevelt J. Johnson was arrested Wednesday for DWI, failure to keep right and speeding. He refused the breath test and is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

DRUGS: Blake J. Michael was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana, driving without a proper license, speeding and a junior license violation. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: Bridget M. Platek was charged July 9 with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. She was released on an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Mayne D. Marvin, 54, 1179 Payne Ave., was charged at 11:09 p.m. Sunday with aggravated DWI. He was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.28 percent and was held for court. 

OBSTRUCTION: David C. Finsterbach, 4570 Harris Hill Road, Williamsville, was charged at 12:09 a.m. Monday on Lincoln Avenue with obstructing governmental administration. He was held for court.
