Tonawanda News — Mayor Rob Ortt’s reelection campaign announced Wednesday that he has received additional endorsements from the Niagara County Conservative and Independence parties, along with Iron Workers Local 9 and the Niagara County Building Trades Council.
The one-term mayor already had gained the endorsements of the Niagara County Republican Committee and New York State Sen. George D. Maziarz. Ortt received the endorsements as he seeks to retain the seat he has held since 2010.
“I am honored by the endorsements of both the Niagara County Conservative Committee and the Niagara County Independence Party,” he said. “I am equally honored to be endorsed by our hard working men and women who make up the Niagara County Building Trades. I believe that these endorsements show that I have the confidence and support across the political spectrum to continue to move North Tonawanda forward.”
