Tonawanda News — E-recycling event set for Saturday
Niagara County residents with old electronics or waste paper in need of shredding can bring the items to the parking lot in front of the Summit Park Mall, 6929 Williams Road in Wheatfield from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to dispose of the products free of charge.
Old computers, televisions, cellphones and other electronic devices not fit for normal trash will be accepted. Residents can also bring up to three cartons of paper in need of shredding free of charge.
Residents are advised not to throw away electronic devices or paper bills that contain information that could be used to steal bank accounts or other personal data.
