Charles F. "Chuck" Pulvino

NORTH TONAWANDA —

Charles F. "Chuck" Pulvino of Hudson, FL, formerly of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the age of 91. Born in Buffalo, NY, Mr. Pulvino resided in North Tonawanda and then moved to Florida after retiring from National Fuel. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II as a Flight Line Mechanic on the P40 Aircraft. Chuck was an active member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, enjoyed playing tennis and was an avid follower of the Buffalo Bills in New York Yankees.
Beloved husband of Josephine (nee Sinatra) Pulvino; dearest father of Dennis (Huong) Pulvino, Patricia (John) Ludwig, Sandra (Rev. James) Bernacki and Wendy (Barry) Clark; proud and loving grandfather of ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; brother of the late Kenneth (Antoinette) Pulvino. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Charles was a devoted father and husband with a great sense of humor. He was a tireless worker who always did what it took to support his family. He will be missed by all and leaves behind wonderful memories that will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Charles' Life and interment will take place in North Tonawanda in May of 2014. Arrangements by the SABER FUNERAL HOME (692-0271).
