Shirley (nee Neeley) Hall, age 81, of Wheatfield, formerly of Tonawanda, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, after a long illness. Born in Wethersfield, NY and a resident of Tonawanda for the greater part of her life, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Grace (nee Laidlaw) Neeley and was a member of the Twin Cities Camera Club, the WNY Birders and the Buffalo Museum of Science. Shirley was employed as an accountant at Columbus McKinnon for 36 years and then at Buffalo Medical Group before retiring. She was the wife of the late Earl "Donald" Hall, who died last March.
She is survived by her daughter, Laurie (Dan) Hall; four sons, David (Donna) Hall, Steven J. Hall, Larry S. Hall and Robert (Linda) Hall; a sister, Gladys (David) Strange; and two brothers, Bill (Beverly) Neeley and Jim Neeley. Also surviving are three granddaughters, Carly, Amanda and Isabella Hall; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-8 PM on Wednesday only at the HAMP FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held at 8 PM Wednesday. Friends invited.
