Michael Kukavica


Michael Kukavica, 85, of Tonawanda. Mike fell asleep in death after a brief illness on May 21, 2013. Mike was born on June 4, 1927 and was a lifelong resident of Tonawanda. He was a longtime, faithful member of the Tonawanda Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He was predeceased by Bertha, his loving wife of 49 years. Mike is survived by his four children, Patricia (Gordon) Switzer of North Tonawanda, Michelle (Tom) Hartlieb of Rochester, Jon Kukavica of Lockport and Daniel (Liz) of Tonawanda. Also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mike's memorial will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Tonawanda Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 481 Brighton Rd., Tonawanda, NY at 6:30 PM.
