Diane C. Oship

NORTH TONAWANDA — Diane C. Oship (nee Kopcho), February 23, 2014, at age 50. Born in North Tonawanda on July 19, 1963. Diane graduated from North Tonawanda Senior High in 1981. She worked in human resources and accounting at several area businesses, recently CBO Glass in Alden and Mercantile Adjustment Bureau in Williamsville.

Diane was a baton coach from 1986-2007 for North Tonawanda Community Education, Community Education Program Coordinator from 2006-2011, Committee Secretary for North Tonawanda Young Life, past Area Governor for Toastmasters Intl., member of The Chapel at CrossPoint, and a computer tutor/instructor.

Her husband, Mark, passed away in 2010. She is survived by her two sons, Matthew and Benjamin Oship; loving daughter of the late William and Helen (nee Panek) Kopcho; dear sister of Dean (Nancy) and William (Michelle) Kopcho; also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family will be present on Wednesday from 6-8 PM and Thursday from 4-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Drive (at Parker Blvd.) Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM from the Chapel at CrossPoint, 500 CrossPoint Parkway, Getzville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Young Life Buffalo North, 2130 Clinton St., Buffalo, NY 14206.
