NORTH TONAWANDA —
Anthony S. Wrazin, age 79, passed away at the Home for Veterans in Batavia on September 17, 2013. He was born on December 3, 1933 in North Tonawanda, the son of the late Anthony and Julia (Kaczor) Wrazin. He graduated from North Tonawanda High School, then served two years with the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He worked at National Grinding Wheel and Kaufmann's Department Store, and was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses in Tonawanda.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 27 years, Marianne E. Wrazin (nee Kelley); four sons, Terry, Thomas, Timothy Wrazin (Heather) and Corey Kelley (Lindsay). He was the brother of the late Eugene Wrazin (Virginia), Judy Ellman (Larry) and Dorothy Wrazin; along with four grandchildren, Michael Wrazin, Amanda Wrazin, Claire Wrazin and Nora Kelley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and their families.
A memorial service will be held at the Tonawanda Kingdom of Jehovah's Witnesses, 481 Brighton Rd., in Tonawanda on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Contributions may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or NYS Home for Veterans in Batavia.
