NORTH TONAWANDA —
James M. Perry, 65, of North Tonawanda, passed away at home on December 27, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Kristen; son, Daniel (Wendy) Perry; daughter, Sarah (Kendall) Lucy; step-daughter, Jocelyn Carozzolo; step-son, Brett Carozzolo; and brother, John R. Perry. He is also survived by grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lexi, Logan, Violet, and Hazel.
Jim was an Attorney in North Tonawanda for the last 40 years. He loved practicing law and continued to maintain an active practice until his death. He also loved spending time with his family and friends, driving his convertible on sunny days, and (strangely enough for those who have known him longest) playing with his two cats, Marcel "Meow" ceau and "Purrr" man Munster. His sense of humor and warm smile will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Jim, who believed strongly in the value of education, is the fourth member of the family to donate his body to the Anatomical Gift Program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. A Remembrance Reception will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2014, at the Tonawanda Castle (69 Delaware St., Tonawanda, NY) from 1 to 5 PM. The family requests that flowers be declined.
