Elizabeth N. "Betty" Kazmierski


Elizabeth N. "Betty" (nee Anthony) Kazmierski, of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life on Friday, January 10, 2014 in her 93rd year, while under the care of Niagara Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Born in DuBois, PA, Mrs. Kazmierski resided in North Tonawanda for 70 years and was a retired employee of the former International Paper Mill, North Tonawanda. She was a life-member of First United Methodist Church, North Tonawanda. Mrs. Kazmierski enjoyed reading the Bible, cooking, baking, visiting with her family and was known for her quick wit and spontaneous responses.
Wife of the late Edwin J. Kazmierski; dearest mother of the late David B. (Patricia) Hibbert of Tonawanda; proud and loving grandmother of Barry K. Hibbert of North Tonawanda, Sheila L. Marlin of Depew, Christopher T. (Tammy) Hibbert of West Seneca, Marc E. (Marie Novosat) Hibbert and Brett A. (Jessica) Hibbert, both of North Tonawanda, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandsons.
No prior visitation. Private burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Memorial gifts may be made in Elizabeth's honor to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements by the SABER FUNERAL HOME (692-0271).
