Kenneth R. Golding

The Tonawanda News

Kenneth R. Golding, 49, of Wheatfield, on Thursday (May 9, 2013), unexpectedly. Mr. Golding was born in Hamilton, Ontario on September 13, 1963 to Victor and Marilyn (Wilson) Golding. Ken was the Owner and Baker of Lauranda's Bakeshop for almost 22 years and enjoyed camping at Long Point with his family. Ken was looking forward to putting his 1974 Corvette on the road this summer that he has been restoring. Everyone enjoyed Ken's funny sense of humor. He was predeceased by his mother in 2005; his father, just two weeks ago; and his older brother, Vincent, who died in 1971.
Ken leaves behind the love of his life, his wife of 28 years, Laurie Jo (Smith) Golding; his daughters, Maranda (Tim) Reed and Lauren; and his son, Kory; beloved brother of Debbie and Jeff Golding. Also surviving are his prides and joy, his two grandsons, Timmy and Jace. He adored these little boys and his third grandson, Tanner, who will be born in August.
Services were held at the convenience of the family.
