NORTH TONAWANDA —
Travis N. Compeau, age 20, of North Tonawanda, unexpectedly Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at his residence. Travis was a 2010 graduate of North Tonawanda High School and was a hockey player since he was 5 years old. He loved country music and spending time with his friends. He was the grandson of the late Raymond G. Hogenkamp and the late Robert and Joan Compeau.
He is survived by his parents, David N. and Kathleen M. (nee Hogenkamp) Compeau of North Tonawanda; his sister, Rachel Ann Compeau of North Tonawanda; his grandmother, Maryann Hogenkamp of Tonawanda; his uncles and aunts, Joseph, Travis' godfather and Nicki Hogenkamp of Tonawanda, Robert and Gloria Compeau of Lockport, Steven Compeau of Cheektowaga, Michael Compeau of Lockport, and Travis' godmother, Lisa Currier of Hamburg. Also survived by many cousins and friends.
Friends may call Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at John O. Roth Funeral Home, Inc., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday in St. Jude the Apostle RC Church, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., in North Tonawanda. Please assemble at the church. The Rev. Edward Jost will officiate. Entombment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
