Geraldine Ida Hyland

NORTH TONAWANDA — Geraldine Ida Dotterweich Hyland (nee Fritz), 89, of North Tonawanda. She was very active in her community and an avid bingo player. Her memberships included the Active Hose Fire      Company and Ladies Aide at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Geraldine worked at the Wurlitzer        Company then for the Gerald Fried Packaging and Display Company where she retired.

Loving mother of Mary Ann (Donald) Weinheimer and the late Wayne Dotterweich. Proud devoted grandmother of Wayne (Laura) Dotterweich, Jr., Lynnette (Donald) Smith, Rick (Gabrielle) Dotterweich, Joel (Sylvia) Weinheimer and Jason (Jennifer) Weinheimer, along with  several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Geraldine was predeceased by her late parents, Alfred (Gusty) Fritz and Marie (nee McGrew) Fritz; also several siblings, James Fritz, Claudia Kenney and Charlotte Renda.

Friends will be received by the family on Friday from 6-7 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home        (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, where a memorial service will follow at      7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
