NORTH TONAWANDA —
Carlo Mancuso, of North Tonawanda died on Friday, November 8, 2013 at Buffalo General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Carlo immigrated from Cicala, Italy in 1951 and came to the United States from Canada to own and operate Carlo's Custom Tailor Shop on Oliver Street in North Tonawanda from 1963 to 1987. He was a supervisor for M. Wile Company in Buffalo from 1987 to 1994. Carlo enjoyed his vegetable garden.
He was predeceased by his parents, Pietro and Concetta (nee Pagliuso) Mancuso. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolina (nee: Raso) Mancuso; daughter, Nancy (Brian) Roussie; sons, Peter (Grace) and John (Susan) Mancuso; brother, Ralph (Maria) Mancuso; grandchildren, Peter J. (Heather) Mancuso, Melanie, Louisa, Johnny and Jaynee; one great-granddaughter, Skyleigh; and many nieces and nephews.
Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday, November 10, 2013 from 3-7 PM at Colucci Funeral Home, 652 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, NY (692-4917). Relatives and friends please assemble at church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM by Rev. Richard Digulo at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, NY. An entombment service will follow at Mt. Olivet Ascension Chapel Mausoleum. Flowers are graciously declined. Memorials can be made in Carlo's memory to a charity of one's choice.
