Benjamin A. Wiech

NORTH TONAWANDA —

Benjamin A. Wiech of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life, Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the age of 66, at his residence after a courageous battle of brain cancer, surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, Ben was a graduate of Bishop Gibbons (1964), University of Buffalo and received a Law Degree from the University of Buffalo Law School (1973). He was a retired North Tonawanda attorney, an expert on the Shroud of Turin, avid golfer and excellent photographer.
Beloved husband of 42 years to Janice (nee Lempke) Wiech; dearest father of Jennifer Wiech and Judy (William) Kowarko; son of the late Dr. Benjamin and Eleanor Wiech; dear brother of Valerie (John) Cronin and the late John (Pamela) Wiech and Francis Wiech; son-in-law of John Lempke and the late Helen Lempke; brother-in-law of Evelyn (Dennis) Adams and John (Mary) Lempke. Also survived by an aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins; and his beloved cat, Beany.
No prior visitation. Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 875 Eggert Drive (off Walck Rd.), North Tonawanda, for Memorial Services to be held SATURDAY, June 8th at 11:00 AM. Rev. Ernest Green officiating. Flowers graciously declined. Memorial gifts may be made in Ben's honor to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
