Daniel Allen Lockard


Daniel Allen Lockard, of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life, suddenly, Monday, September 16, 2013, at the age of 36. Daniel was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School where he played JV and Varsity Hockey. He was a member of the Wheatfield Blades Hockey Association. Daniel had a great love for Buffalo sports, but most importantly, he loved watching his son and best friend, Anthony, play football and hockey for North Tonawanda High School.
He is survived by his son, Anthony Allen Lockard; his loving mother, Anna Marie (nee Zinni) Lockard and the late Allen Wayne Lockard; and his beloved sister and best friend, Roseanne Marie Lockard, all of North Tonawanda; dear grandson of Anna and the late Joseph Zinni. Also survived by his uncle, Joseph (Rita) Zinni of North Tonawanda and several cousins.
The family will be present to greet relatives and friends on FRIDAY, September 20th from 4-8 PM at the SABER FUNERAL HOME, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda (692-0271). Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd. for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on SATURDAY, September 21st at 11 AM.
