William G. Nugent

BUFFALO — William G. Nugent, born May 15, 1940, son of the late Edward and Eleanor Nugent, passed away, suddenly, on June 15, 2014, at Buffalo General Hospital, with loving family at his side. William was predeceased by his wife, Adelaide, who passed away in 2006.

William was employed by Buffalo Psychiatric Center for 37 years. He served in the US Army      during the Vietnam Era.

Bill was a great cook and quite a car enthusiast. He enjoyed visiting his out of state family         members regularly.

He is survived by his brother, Robert (Gail) Nugent of Tonawanda; his sister, Joanne (Joseph) Neumeister of Palm Harbor, FL, as well as his loving nieces and nephews, Lyn, Patrick, Christine, Kathy and Stephen; also survived by caring stepsons, Patrick Knowles and the late Bryant Knowles, along with their children and grandchildren, especially his devoted granddaughter, Bonnie Klepfer.

Bill will forever live in our hearts and we will always cherish our time with him. Someday we will be together again.

There will be no prior visitation. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date from the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Dr., N. Tonawanda. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery
