This is in response to the person complaining about an entrance on Wurlitzer Drive on Wal-Mart. Are you better than the people on 18th and 19th who will have entrances on both of these streets to Walgreens. They also do not have the advantage of sidewalks and curbs, not to mention looking out their windows at a cold, ugly building. No, I don’t live on either of these streets. With Walgreens, why not an entrance only on Payne Avenue? Mr. Budwey worries about his store going out of business due to Wal-Mart. It will never happen. Does he worry about any of the three surrounding drug stores around Walgreens? They have been there a long time too.

Regarding the bicycle path on River Road. I’ve got a hold of the recreation department, the DPW and the mayor. Nobody seems to know why it’s not swept. We’ve rollerbladed there and fallen on stones. You bicycle there and get flat tires. I saw a girl there yesterday with a broom sweeping it herself. I’m going to go down with there with my broom and help her. Maybe if some of the politicians see we have to sweep our own bike path they’ll figure out who’s job it is to keep it clean.

This is for Bob Confer. Who are you to judge Hillary Clinton? You’re worried about how much money she’s making. How much are you making, hmm? So she came with the expectation of running for president. You don’t think Barack Obama did? Or that McCain did? He even ran before. I think you’re very judgmental and of course, you’re for either McCain or Obama, that’s fine. But to write an article like you did, I think you are not a very nice person.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! The school zone lights are off on Meadow Drive. It’s a pleasure to drive to and from work every day because I don’t have to slow down. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
