CHARGED: Derek L. Taton, 21, 753 Loretta St., City of Tonawanda, was charged on a warrant at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday for an original offense of harassment on March 24. Taton is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

CHARGED: Michael E. Schlifke, 17, 45 Warren Drive, was charged at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday with unlawful possession of alcohol under age 21 and criminal impersonation, according to police reports.
A patrol officer saw a Ford Escort parked far from the entrance of the Wilson Farms on Niagara Street, the report states. Upon pulling in to investigate, the officer allegedly saw Schlifke leaving the store with a bag containing three bottles of beer. As Schlifke approached the car, the driver began pulling away.
Patrol stopped the car on Adam Street. Schlifke allegedly provided police a driver’s license for his older brother and claimed to be him. Schlifke was issued an appearance ticket returnable on April 29.
CHARGED: Gamaliel Linares, 24, 296 Main St. Apt. 101, was arrested Thursday morning on a warrant for an original offense of theft of services for stealing cable on March 9. Linares is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
