North Tonawanda
CHARGED: Joseph E. Aleksandrowicz, 16, 67 Elm St., City of Tonawanda, was charged on a warrant at 1:17 p.m. Thursday for an original offense of petit larceny on Dec. 19, 2007. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
CHARGED: James E. Vansciver, 43, 470 Esther St., was charged with petit larceny at 5:44 p.m. Thursday. Vansciver is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
CHARGED: Jean M. Stahlman, 28, 248 Bryant St. Apt. 1, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief at 5:50 p.m. Thursday. Stahlman was arrested for throwing a rock through a window, according to reports. She was held without bail.
CHARGED: Thomas P. Grolemund, 36, 733 West Delavan Apt. 5, Buffalo, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 12:58 a.m. Friday. Grolemund’s blood-alcohol level was 0.11 percent, according to reports. Grolemund is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
CHARGED: Jeffrey L. Schreiber, 49, 87 Webster St. Apt. 1, was charged with criminal trespassing at 1:09 a.m. Friday. Schreiber is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
CHARGED: Thomas C. Irwin, 31, 6262 Dale Road, Newfane, was charged with driving while intoxicated, obstructing government administration and resisting arrest at 3:10 a.m. Friday. Irwin is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Timothy E. Grizzle, 42, 231 Broad St. lower, was charged with third-degree robbery and second-degree harassment at 6:40 p.m. Thursday. Grizzle allegedly stole various meats from Tops and shoved a store employee who tried to stop him from exiting, according to reports. Grizzle was stopped by a customer as he ran through the parking lot with the meat falling out of his pants, according to reports. Grizzle is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
