CHARGED: Leon C. Pigford, 36, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:41 a.m. Friday. Pigford allegedly continued to scream profanities in public after police ordered him to stop numerous times, according to reports. Pigford was held for the judge.

LARCENY: A Panama, N.Y., man reported Wednesday morning that overnight, someone cut the lock on his trailer, which was parked on Lakeside Drive, and stole a generator and a tool set from inside. The items are worth $400, the report said.
