CHARGED: Jason B. Bronschidle, 29, 6 Second Ave., was arrested Sunday night and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief after police were called to investigate a domestic incident. He is being held without bail.
CHARGED: Pavel Faynshteyn, 39, 232 Goundry St., was arrested late Sunday night and charged with driving while intoxicated. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Kristen M. Bogdon, 37, 299 Brookside Terrace, surrendered Monday on a warrant for original offenses of felony burglary, felony criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools, a misdemeanor. Bogdon is suspected of breaking into a neighbor’s home on April 8, according to police. Bogdon is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
CHARGED: Todd E. Haner, 30, 600 Spruce St., North Tonawanda, was charged at 10:37 p.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Haner was issued an appearance ticket and was turned over to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department, which had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

CHARGED: Adam J. Nelson was charged with third-degree attempted burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools at 5:54 p.m. Sunday. Nelson was discovered in an area where a burglar alarm had gone off an found to be in possession of a screwdriver, according to reports. Nelson allegedly admitted to trying to steal an iPod, according to reports. Nelson was held for court.
DWI: James F. Conlon was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, refusing a breath test and speeding at 3:09 a.m. Sunday. Conlon was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Conlon allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test, according to reports. Conlon was held for court.
DWI: Nadia L. Procyk was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 2:50 a.m. Sunday. Procyk was stopped for having a headlight out when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Procyk allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Procyk was held for court.
DWI: Vincent Dellapenta was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at 12:08 a.m. Sunday. Dellapenta was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Dellapenta allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Dellapenta was held for court.
DWI: Michael J. Wood was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding at 1:47 a.m. Saturday. Wood was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Wood allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Wood was held for court.
