BLOTTER: Police reports published April 24

North Tonawanda

CHARGED: William W. Watson, 37, 7047 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton, was arrested early Wednesday and charged with driving while intoxicated. Following a traffic stop, Watson was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

City of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Michael E. Beck, 32, 302 Montrose Ave. upper apartment, was charged at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday with disorderly conduct. Beck allegedly yelled obscenities at and verbally threatened a man who asked him to pick up a bottle that Beck kicked into the street, according to reports. Beck also allegedly swore at the officer responding to the call. Beck was released on an appearance ticket.

CHARGED: Janine A. Anderson, 45, 78 Franklin St., was charged at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday with harassment. Anderson was released on an appearance ticket.

CHARGED: Jacqueline C. Brock, 55, 231 Broad St. front apartment, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for original offenses of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony charge, and misdemeanor charges of making a false statement and misapplication of property on March 31. Brock was held for court.

CHARGED: Jason M. Brown, 18, 101 Tramore St. Apt. 8, Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for violating his probation. Brown is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Town of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Michael J. Stiegler was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving and speeding at 12:05 p.m. Monday. Stiegler allegedly crashed his car into a tree after asking some people where he could buy crack and speeding away in his car, according to reports. Stiegler was found outside his car, confused and lethargic, according to reports. Stiegler submitted to a blood and urine test and is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Kenmore

CHARGED: Vincent R. Alessandra, 26, 191 Fairlawn Drive, Amherst, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and refusal to take a breath test at 2:29 p.m. Sunday. Alessandra was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. A subsequent search revealed a small bag of marijuana inside the car, according to reports. Alessandra allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test, according to reports. Alessandra was held for court.

CHARGED: David M. Warmus, 20, 46 Condon Ave., Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant at 4:23 p.m. Saturday. Warmus was stopped for not wearing a seat belt and arrested after a check revealed a criminal mischief warrant out of Buffalo, ac cording to reports. Warmus was released to Buffalo police.

CHARGED: Cliff Wadsworth, 250 Shephard Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated at 11:17 p.m. Friday. Wadsworth was stopped after police observed him leaving the area of an assault call and the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Wadsworth allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Wadsworth was released on his own recognizance.

CHARGED: Jose G. Reyes, 20, 81 Delwood Ave., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell and failure to stop at a stop sign at 10:32 p.m. Thursday. Reyes was stopped for rolling through a stop sign and allegedly surrendered 35 Suboxone tablets to police while being questioned, according to reports. Reyes is being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
