North Tonawanda

Charged: David M. Straufenberger, 18, 68 Eighth Ave., was arrested Wednesday night and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Charged: Felicia A. Fago, 23, 2879 Sweet Home Road, Amherst, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. She was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent. Fago is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

City of Tonawanda

CHARGED: Joan D. Graham, 43, 211 Eagle St. Apt. 202, Buffalo, was arrested on two separate warrants, both for issuing a bad check. Graham issued one bad check to B.J.’s Wholesale Club on Feb. 17, 2006, and another one on March 18, 2006, according to police reports. Graham is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
