— CHARGED: Timothy J. Oldenburg, 59, 333 Tremont St., was charged at 5:09 p.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, according to the police report. He was being held in lieu of $250 bail.
— CHARGED:Charity B. Winters, 29, 422 Sixth St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 3:19 a.m. Saturday with obstructing government administration, criminal possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct, according to the police report. She was being held in lieu of $500 bail.
— CHARGED: Crystal K. Dawn, 23, 4215 Birch Road, Ransomville, was charged at 3:21 a.m. Saturday with criminal possession of marijuana, according to reports.
— CHARGED: Artana E. Gocher, 23, 24 Lincoln Ave., was charged at 9:04 p.m. Friday with endangering the welfare of a children, according to the police report. She was being held in lieu of $500 bail.
— CHARGED: Joseph W. Pusateri, 55, 216 Oliver St., apt. 1, was charged at 7:23 p.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated and having a loud muffler. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent, according to the police report. He was being held in lieu of $250.

— CHARGED: Ralph J. Abramo, 35, 219 Adam St. was charged at 11:37 a.m. Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child. Police responded to a dog complaint and discovered Abramo asleep as the only adult home to supervise his child. Police found dog feces on the floor, an odor described as cat urine in the police report and a sink full of dirty dishes that appeared to have sat there for days. Abramo was charged and released on an appearance ticket. He was also summoned by the Dog Warden for failing to have a dog license and keeping rabies shots up-to-date.
— CHARGED: J.P. Cannamela, 60, 74 Lantern Lane, Amherst, was charged at 1:03 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated, failing to signal and failure to yield to stop sign. Police stopped her car after noticing erratic driving. Cannamela was stopped, where officers observed several signs of intoxicated, and failed multiple field sobriety tests. Cannamela’s blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent, according to the police report.
