City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Calvin C. Laster, 24, 465 Utica St., Buffalo, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for original offenses of unlawful possession of marijuana and throwing an injurious object onto a highway. Laster is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Renee E. Spino, 37, was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely at 3:04 a.m. Sunday. Spino was stopped for weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Spino allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Spino was held for court.
CHARGED: Ermal Hoxholli was charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks at 1:35 a.m. Saturday. Hoxholli allegedly fired off several Roman candles, according to reports. Hoxholli was issued an appearance ticket on the scene.
LARCENY: Renne C. Noody was charged with petit larceny at 8:15 p.m. Friday. Noody allegedly stole $178 in merchandise from a local store, according to reports. Noody was released on an appearance ticket.
