City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Lisa P. Francis, 36, 198 Stenzel St., North Tonawanda, was charged at 9:56 p.m. Monday with harassment.
The victim, a 33-year-old Tonawanda woman, was at a friend’s house on Delaware Street when she and Francis got into an argument over a Party Lite order, according to police reports.
Francis allegedly lost her temper during the argument and punched the victim in the face. The victim made a citizen’s arrest. Francis was released on an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Amanda M. Monkelbaan, 18, 359 71st St., Niagara Falls, was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant for original offenses of criminal impersonation and falsely reporting an incident on Oct. 31, 2007. Monkelbaan is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
WARRANT: Richard D. Marks, 16, 195 Henderson Ave., Kenmore, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree assault on April 11. Marks was held for court.
WARRANT: Justin Moser, 18, 19 LaSalle Ave., Kenmore, was arrested on a warrant for grand larceny for an incident on Feb. 12, 2007. Moser is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
North Tonawanda
CHARGED: Christine A. Reynolds, 57, 269 Stenzil St., was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with second-degree harassment. Reynolds was released on her own recognizance.
CHARGED: David J. Meister, 54, 319 Spruce St., was arrested early Tuesday and charged with second-degree harassment. Meister turned himself in and was then released on his own recognizance.
CHARGED: Gary R. Scozzafava, 55, 210 Jackson Ave., was arrested Monday evening and charged with second-degree harassment following a domestic incident. Scozzafava is being held without bail.
CHARGED: Charity B. Winters, 29, 422 Sixth Ave., Niagara Falls, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with second-degree obstructing government administration. Winters was released on her own recognizance after originally placing a $750 bond. Winters was released on a previous bail of $500.
