— WARRANT: Wendy A. Stacharczyk, 35, 124.5 Grove St., surrendered Wednesday on two April 19 warrants, both for endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment. Stacharczyk was held for court.

Kenmore

—LARCENY: Christopher J. Martinez, 23, 2290 Elmwood Ave., was charged with petit larceny at 10:15 a.m. Monday. Martinez allegedly stole a bottle of chocolate milk from Wilson Farms, according to reports. Martinez was released on an appearance ticket.

— DWI: Milorad Pavilova was charged with aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely at 4:43 p.m. Thursday. Pavilova was stopped for swerving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Pavilova allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.27 percent blood alcohol content, according to reports. Pavilova was held for the judge.

— LARCENY: Sheila Ralsten, 43, 5 Toledo Place, Buffalo, was charged with petit larceny at 5:04 p.m. Thursday. Ralsten allegedly stole two packages of T-shirts from Dollar General, according to reports. Ralsten was released on an appearance ticket.

Wheatfield

— VANDALISM: An Adams Volunteer Fire Co. official reported Sunday that overnight someone had spray painted graffiti on the side of the fire hall on Klemer Road. Damage was estimated at $200.
