North Tonawanda

• DWI: Eugene S. McGoidrick, 19, 296 Linden Ave., was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Police determined he had a blood alcohol content at or above 0.08 percent. McGoidrick is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

City of Tonawanda

• DWI: Robert B. Osborne, 24, 286 Broad St., was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and had a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content. He was released on his own recognizance.
