— THEFT: Nicholas P. Phelps, 28, 601 Euclide Ave., was arrested early monday and charged with posession of stolen property and second-degree harassment after he allegedly struck one person and sole the cellular telephone of another. Phelps is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

— BURGLARY: Michael A. Paonessa, 35, was charged with second-degree menacing and first-degree burglary and Keith J. O’Connell and Prince Jackson IV were charged with disorderly conduct at 1:32 a.m. Sunday. Paonessa allegedly broke through a glass door in an attempt to stab someone after a fight, according to reports. O’Connell and Jackson allegedly refused to quiet down while Paonessa was being arrested and were also detained, according to reports. O’Connell and Jackson were released on appearance tickets. Paonessa was held for court.
— TRESPASSING: Roger C. Hill was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest at 6:30 a.m. Sunday. Hill was found asleep on a set of train tracks and allegedly tried to escape when police were placing him under arrest, according to reports. Hill was held for court.
— TRESPASSING : Paul M. Donner was charged with trespassing and criminal impersonation at 5:45 a.m. Sunday. Donner allegedly stopped at several driveways to look inside cars and identified himself as a Niagara Falls police detective when questioned by a homeowner, according to reports. Donner is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
