DWI: Mark J. Dascomb, 28, 24 Lyman Ave., Cheektowaga, was charged Friday with DWI and speeding following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Fischer refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
PETIT LARCENY: MarshellCQ Williams, 39, 784 Oliver St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday morning with petit larceny after a clerk at Wilson Farms, 492 Oliver St., said she tried to steal two malt beverages worth $5.58. Williams is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Forbes Terrace woman called police Friday to report the windshield on her vehicle had been broken, causing $200 damage. No suspects were listed in the report.
WARRANTS: William Holliday Jr., 19, 992 Filmore Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday on two warrants outstanding from June 18; one was for disorderly conduct and the other was for trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

ASSAULT: Erich H. Fischer, 47, 108 Fuller Ave., was charged at 7 p.m. Friday with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing. Fischer was arrested following a domestic dispute and was held for court.
ACCIDENT: David J. Spina, 29, 130 74th St., Niagara Falls, was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way following an accident at Delaware and Fletcher streets Friday morning. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
