DRUGS: A North Tonawanda teen was charged at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday with fourth-degree attempted criminal sale of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police reports.
Timothy J. Miller, 17, 120 North Marion St., told police he was trying to sell “dime bags” of marijuana at Canal Fest so that he would have money to eat and play games. Police seized $132 in cash, a pipe and six bags of marijuana, valued at $10 each. Miller was held for court.
ROBBERY: David S. Carozzolo, 16, 322 Roncroff Drive, North Tonawanda, was charged at 9:23 p.m. Tuesday with felony robbery, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, assault and disorderly conduct, while Devan M. Moultrie, 16, 159 Zimmerman St. upper, North Tonawanda, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
Police were called to a fight in the lot next to Advance Auto Parts on Niagara Street, where a 15-year-old boy was jumped by two males, according to police reports. The victim suffered lacerations, bruises and a possible broken finger. Police say his wallet was stolen during the assault and was found on Carozzolo.
Both were held for court.
RESISTING: Paris R. Johnson, 19, 159 Windsor Court, Amherst, was charged at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. Johnson was held for court.
TRESPASS: Fatahh Abdullah, 25, 119 Bush St. lower, and Hassan J. Jabbar, 21, 50 Sweeney St., both of Buffalo, were charged at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday with trespassing. In addition, Hakeem T. Jabbar, 19, 50 Sweeney St., was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Abdullah and Hakeem Jabbar were trying to get Hassan Jabbar to fight so they could film it on a camcorder and post on the Internet, according to police reports.
Police Chief Cindy Young asked the offenders to leave Canal Fest, but they refused. Hakeem Jabbar was held for court; Hassan Jabbar and Abdullah were released on appearance tickets.
WARRANT: Nathaniel L. Busch, 19, 31 Ganson Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for criminal contempt and harassment from an incident on June 21, 2007. Busch is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
MISCHIEF: Andrew F. Hurley, 22, 194 East Niagara St. upper, was charged at 12:51 a.m. Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police were called to Delaware Street for a report of a man punching windows and signs. Hurley told police he was mad because he got into an argument with his girlfriend. Hurley was held for court.
LARCENY: Patrick M. Finley, 42, 67 Nicholas Court, Town of Tonawanda, was charged at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday with petit larceny for allegedly shoplifting a 12-pack of beer, a package of cheese and a package of sausage from the Tops on Niagara Street. Finley is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Nathaniel L. Busch, 20, 79 Frederika St., was arrested following a warrant check. He is being held in lieu of $500.
